We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to shape long-term customer partnerships, identify growth potential, and support customers in implementing modern project management with PROPLAN.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Several years or verifiable experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or B2B Sales
- Strong communication skills, consulting expertise, and passion for storytelling
- Innovative spirit and enthusiasm for pushing new ideas forward
- Ideally, experience in the SaaS, software, or project management sector
- Affinity to the construction industry is an advantage
- Proficient German language skills in writing and speaking
