Job Description
Provide legal support to the General Counsel by managing global enterprise corporate governance activities, preparing and reviewing documents, conducting research, and organizing and maintaining files.
Requirements
- At least three years’ law office and/or corporate legal department experience or alternative experience supporting corporate secretary activity in large, international organization
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with computer-based research tools and Word, Excel and PowerPoint
