• 4+ years' law office and/or corporate legal department experience or alternative experience supporting corporate secretary activity in large, international organization.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with computer-based research tools and Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
