Propelis is seeking a seasoned B2B Marketing Leader to drive growth, brand awareness, and demand generation in the enterprise and mid-market space.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling marketing programs for B2B companies.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of ABM, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of key performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA a plus.
