Customer Success Manager - Government

As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure the successful adoption and utilization of our products and solutions with licensure boards and associations, building strong relationships and guiding clients toward achieving their compliance goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
• Public sector exposure and experience working with government agencies, licensure boards, or public sector organizations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
