• 8+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
• Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies
• Demonstrated success recruiting executive-level and niche-profile roles
• Strong sourcing background with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and operating as a strategic talent partner
• Experience working within ATS platforms
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and deadline orientation
• Ability to work EST hours consistently
