Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter who brings strategic hiring expertise, executive-level recruiting experience, advanced proactive sourcing skills, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership. The Senior Recruiter will conduct full-cycle recruiting across corporate, operational, and executive-level roles.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies
- Demonstrated success recruiting executive-level and niche-profile roles
- Strong sourcing background with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools
- Experience advising senior stakeholders and operating as a strategic talent partner
- Experience working within ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and deadline orientation
- Ability to work EST hours consistently
Benefits
- 4-7 salary bands depending on experience
- 90k-120k annual salary
