Job Description
Alacrity Solutions is seeking a skilled Independent Field Auto Appraiser to accurately assess the cost of automobile repairs and provide electronic estimates to clients. The role involves reviewing property, researching records, and independently performing appraisals, and requires solid customer service skills. Requirements
- 1+ year field claims experience including auto claims
- Electronic estimating experience using one or all estimating platforms (Mitchell, CCC, Audatex)
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution competency
- 1+ year self-motivated work experience
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and adaptability
- Smart phone capable of taking quality photos
