Job Description
Alacrity Solutions is seeking an Independent Field Auto Appraiser to verify and provide electronic estimates on vehicle repair costs to clients. This role requires a strong understanding of local repair procedures and pricing, as well as excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to travel extensively within a defined work area.
Requirements
- 1 + years field claims experience including auto claims
- Electronic estimating experience with one or all estimating platforms: Mitchell, CCC, Audatex
- 1+ year, strong customer service and conflict resolution competency
- 1+ year, ability to work independently
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and adaptability
- Contacting clients to complete appraisals and inspections within specified timeframes
- Smart phone or other device capable of taking quality photos
- Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record
