Job Description
Alacrity Solutions is seeking an Independent Field Auto Appraiser to verify and accurately provide electronic estimates on car repair costs. The role involves reviewing assignments with clients, researching records, and performing inspections. This position is contract-based and offers a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years field claims experience, including auto claims
- Electronic estimating experience using one or all estimating platforms (Mitchell, CCC, Audatex)
- 1+ year of strong customer service and conflict resolution competency
- Smartphone capable of taking quality photos
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
