Job Description
Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is hiring a motivated Maintenance Technician to join their team at Briarcrest Apartments. The role involves providing customer service, assisting with resident and property maintenance tasks, and representing the company in a stable, employee-owned management company. The company manages over $4 billion in real estate assets.
Requirements
- Assist with resident work orders.
- Assist with turnover of apartments.
- May perform grounds/landscaping work.
- Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments.
- Appliance repair.
- Customer service.
- Salt / Snow removal duties.
- May be eligible for an on-call bonus.
