Job Description
An excellent opportunity has come available for a Senior Surveyor / Employers Agent to join a small, growing practice based in Winchester. The role involves leading and developing the Employers Agent service, working with local Housing Associations and Registered Providers.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as Employers Agent
- MRICS would be beneficial but not essential
- Experience in residential and affording housing projects
