Instructional Designer

Propio Language Services is a provider of high-quality interpretation, translation, and localization services. We are looking for a highly motivated Instructional Designer to join our corporate team.

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop high-quality instructional materials.
• Conduct needs assessments with an emphasis on ensuring support of business outcomes with measurement.
• Apply instructional design theories, practices and methods to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Develop course content, including participant resources and assessments that incorporate multimedia elements and interactive components for learner engagement.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of instructional resources such as content creation platforms
• Review for continuous improvement of content, instructional materials and methods
• Assist in managing curriculum in a Learning Management System
• Assist with facilitation as needed.
