Senior Manager, Global Payroll leads the payroll team and scales payroll operations across US multi-state and international locations, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, strengthening controls, and driving automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including multi-state US payroll
- 3+ years of people leadership in a high-growth environment
- Experience managing international payroll and working with in-country providers or global aggregators
- Strong payroll compliance and taxation knowledge
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- High attention to detail, strong reconciliation skills, and ability to manage shifting priorities
- High integrity with confidential data
- Excellent communication skills, ability to explain payroll concepts clearly to employees and business partners
- Advanced spreadsheet and payroll/HRIS system experience
