We are seeking a Senior Manager of US Payroll to lead the delivery of accurate, compliant and timely payroll for our multi-state US employee population.
Requirements
- 8+ years of payroll experience, including leadership responsibility
- Experience managing multi-state, multi-entity payroll
- Experience with payroll implementations, including Workday
- Experience operating within an outsourced payroll processing model
- Hands-on experience with Workday and Ceridian Dayforce payroll systems
- Demonstrated ownership of year-end payroll processes as well as statutory reporting, reconciling, and balancing activities
- Strong working knowledge of payroll compliance and regulatory requirements
- Sound judgment and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage complexity while maintaining accuracy and control
