We're seeking a Senior Manager, Global Payroll to join our People Team to lead our payroll function, oversee a critical acquisition integration, and design our global payroll roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in payroll management.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or strategic role.
- Proven experience managing direct reports and driving performance through coaching.
- Deep expertise in payroll tax, compliance, and multi-state and international regulations.
- Experience with payroll software migrations and integrations.
- Previous experience navigating the nuances of transitioning employee data and benefits during an acquisition or merger.
- Familiarity with international labor laws and the complexities of paying a global workforce.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll and tax concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- A systems-thinking mindset with a focus on building scalable, error-proof processes.
- Ability to balance the priorities of both HR (employee experience) and Finance (reporting and accruals).
