Senior Manager, Global Payroll

At Spring Health, we're on a mission to revolutionize mental healthcare by removing every barrier that prevents people from getting the help they need, when they need it. We're seeking a Senior Manager, Global Payroll to join our People Team to lead our payroll function, oversee a critical acquisition integration, and design our global payroll roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in payroll management.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or strategic role.
• Proven experience managing direct reports and driving performance through coaching.
• Deep expertise in payroll tax, compliance, and multi-state and international regulations.
• Experience with payroll software migrations and integrations.
• Previous experience navigating the nuances of transitioning employee data and benefits during an acquisition or merger.
• Familiarity with international labor laws and the complexities of paying a global workforce.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll and tax concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• A systems-thinking mindset with a focus on building scalable, error-proof processes.
• Ability to balance the priorities of both HR (employee experience) and Finance (reporting and accruals).
