The Solutions Specialist role focuses on implementing client configuration tickets, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with clients and internal departments to design and deliver optimal solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in technical configurations and client-facing roles
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with Salesforce, APIs, and data integration platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify areas of improvement and innovation within systems and processes
