Job Description
Make a difference every day as Manager - Respiratory Therapist at ProResp, leading a team of professionals and promoting responsive, reliable, and ethical respiratory therapy services in partnership with an integrated health system.
Requirements
- Maintains client care standards with effective resource utilization
- Develops annual business plans and budgets
- Establishes goals and objectives in alignment with corporate policies, procedures, and standards
- Manages physical and human resources for the operation
- Provides developmental training, mentorship, and performance measures to staff
- Ensures compliance with relevant legislation

- Base Salary between $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
