We are looking for a Change Management Consultant with strategic vision and proven experience in organizational transformation projects. You will lead strategic change management projects, design and implement comprehensive change strategies, and facilitate sessions with executive committees and key leaders.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading Change Management projects
- Solid experience facilitating executive sessions with senior leaders, adapting change strategies to different organizational contexts
- Prosci Certification (highly desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Project, ADKAR dashboards, Adobe suite, and collaborative tools (required)
- Strong skills in consultative leadership, strategic thinking, risk management, and effective communication
