At Prosci LATAM, we are looking for a profile with strategic vision and proven experience in organizational transformation projects, supporting clients in technological, cultural, and organizational restructuring changes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience leading Change Management projects
- Solid experience facilitating executive sessions with senior leaders, adapting change strategies to different organizational contexts
- Prosci Certification (highly desirable)
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Project, ADKAR dashboards, Adobe suite, and collaborative tools (required)
- Strong skills in consultative leadership, strategic thinking, risk management, and effective communication
