Job Description
ProSidian is a Management and Operations Consulting Services Firm providing tailored solutions to clients through industry leading practices. The Human Resource Representative - Administrative/Business shall provide comprehensive support in implementing and maintaining human resources programs within a centralized human resource function or in support of an operations organization.
Requirements
- Organize centralized administrative support services for the SRR Human Resources Division and provide strategic HR management tools to the SRR senior staff.
- Provide counsel, policy interpretation and administrative services for the consistent maintenance, operation and improvement of all HR sitewide programs and practices.
- Resolve job-related employee problems and concerns.
- Counsel employees experiencing personal problems which may affect the safe performance of their jobs as well as their physical and mental health.
