Labor Relations Specialist - Administrative/Business

The Labor Relations Specialist - Administrative/Business will provide comprehensive support in the implementation and maintenance of human resources programs within a centralized human resource function or in support of an operations organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Business or Human Resources)
• 3-6 years experience in Human Resources or closely related experience
• 10-12 years directly related experience with Compensation or Benefits certification
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Tact, judgment and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively interpret policy/procedure
• 40 hour work week schedule
