Requirements
- 7+ years senior program analysis experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field + 3 years relevant experience
- Good understanding of project management principles
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of federal budgeting concepts
