Requirements

• 4–6 years program analysis experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or a related field + 5 years relevant experience.
• Expert proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; advanced analytical and financial modeling skills; strong knowledge of federal budgeting processes and systems (e.g., STARS, PICS:NE); excellent report generation and presentation skills;
