ProSidian is a Management and Operations Consulting Firm that seeks a Survey and Research Programmer (Contract Contingent) in Charlotte, NC / Remote to support an engagement for an agency of the United States government responsible for consumer protection in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university in a relevant field, at least 3 years of experience with demonstrated understanding of conducting applied educational research, survey research, statistics, and sampling.
Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience with demonstrated understanding of conducting applied educational research, survey research, statistics, and sampling
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as a member of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to propose possible resolutions to complex managerial or operational problems
- Demonstrated expertise in knowledge management
- Demonstrated proactivity, attention to detail, working within deadlines, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, English verbal, written, editing, research, and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with high-level executives
- Encompassing knowledge of telephone surveys and moderation of on-line focus groups
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Extensive knowledge in the defined contribution arena
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
