The Senior Manager of Partner Integration is responsible for guiding and implementing all aspects of the lateral partner onboarding and integration lifecycle within the firm.
Requirements
- Develop and manage individualized integration plans for each lateral partner
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, Professional Development, Conflicts/New Business, and Practice Management
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with lateral partners
- Provide ongoing guidance on navigating firm systems, operational processes, and cultural norms
- Oversee partner onboarding workflows
- Partner with BD/Marketing/Comms teams to craft and execute communication strategies
