Job Description
The Dental Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of a dental practice, responsible for administrative tasks, financial management, and staff coordination. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the practice.
Requirements
- 5+ years' work experience in a dental or medical office with at least 1+ years as supervisor or management level with direct reports
- Strong customer service orientation towards patients and staff
- Easily able to learn new technologies and systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Requires some flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel required
- High School diploma or GED required
