Dental Practice Manager

The Dental Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dental practice. Responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, financial management, and staff coordination, the Dental Practice Manager services as a central point of contact for both internal team members and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ work experience in a dental or medical office with at least 1+ years as supervisor or management level with direct reports required
• Strong customer service orientation towards patients and staff
• Easily able to learn new technologies and systems required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Requires some flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel required
• High School diploma or GED required
