Dental Practice Manager

The Dental Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dental practice, overseeing administrative tasks, financial management, and staff coordination, as well as collaborating with dentists and other staff to optimize patient care delivery and enhance the overall patient experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years' work experience in a dental or medical office with at least 1+ years as supervisor or management level with direct reports required
• Strong customer service orientation towards patients and staff
• Easily able to learn new technologies and systems required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Requires some flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel required
• High School diploma or GED required
