Real Estate Investment Analyst

Prospect is seeking two highly motivated Real Estate Investment Analysts to support the expansion of NPRC (equity) and PCRED (credit) originations. This role is designed for candidates with 1–2 years of real estate investment, investment banking, or commercial real estate experience who are eager to develop as investors and take on meaningful underwriting and analytical responsibility.

Requirements

• Build detailed financial models and underwrite real estate equity and credit investments across various asset classes, with an emphasis on multifamily
• Assist with transaction diligence and execution, including review of third-party reports, financing terms, and operating assumptions
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentation materials for Investment Committee approval
• Support evaluation of joint venture partners and transaction structuring
• Assist with portfolio management assignments, including refinancings, dispositions, and ongoing asset monitoring
• Conduct market research and analysis to support new originations initiatives
• Other ad hoc assignments, including capital raising and research assignments
