Investments Analyst - Multifamily Real Estate

Quarterra is a real estate investment firm that creates long-term value through the development of high-quality multifamily communities nationwide. The Investment Analyst will support Quarterra's Investments team through financial modeling, underwriting, market research, and transaction execution for multifamily development and investment opportunities across the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrated curiosity, work ethic, and desire to learn within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
