Strategy and Operations Lead

We are hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead to own Prosper Health’s assessment business end-to-end. You will partner closely with company and clinical leadership to ensure the continued success of the assessment business, including expanding conditions we assess for, improving how we support psychologists, strengthening clinical quality systems, making assessments more efficient, and building the infrastructure required to support a rapidly growing clinician network.

Requirements

• Own the operational performance of Prosper’s assessment function.
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives that advance Prosper's clinical mission.
• Define and operationalize clinical quality at scale.
• Build the systems that enable clinical scale.
• Lead and align a team of clinical experts and serve as the operational bridge across the organization.
