We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead and scale the Direct Mail marketing strategy efforts for our Personal Loan and Credit Card businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline
- 12+ years of experience driving informative decisions through analyses
- 7+ years managing prescreen direct mail programs at scale
- 7+ years of analytics leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of analytical tools and techniques
- Advanced analytical skillset using tools such as SQL, SAS, R, or Python
- Experience leveraging data visualization and digital marketing tools
