We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our Marketing Analytics team as a Marketing Analyst, Direct Mail. The ideal candidate has analytical experience in marketing personal loans and credit cards through multiple channels, specifically Direct Mail and Email. This role involves providing analytical insights and creating dashboards to improve targeting, segmentation, profitability, and forecasting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (STEM: science, technology, engineering, or mathematics); Master's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within financial services or fintech
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills are required
- Fluency in Python is preferred
- A solid understanding of hypothesis testing, A/B test, statistical analysis, and experimental design
- Experience with the Google Cloud ecosystem (BigQuery, GCS, dbt, AI Platform, etc.)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Google Looker Enterprise, Looker Studio, Google Sheets etc.
- Attention to detail and an enhanced focus on the accuracy of results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that drive marketing decisions
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leadership
