Job Description
Project Manager for Enterprise project management team to manage and report on schedules, project scope, assets, and overall project organization.
Requirements
- Manage and report on schedules, project scope, assets, and overall project organization
- Take point on key projects and issues and drive them to resolution
- Manage and become a respected leader of a cross-functional team in a highly matrixed organization
- Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address them in advance
- Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to team members and senior management on a regular basis
- Conduct project pre and post mortems and proactively identify opportunities for improvement to all process and tools used in the execution of project activities
- Clarify and communicate project objectives and success criteria to stakeholders and team members while providing motivation, direction, and overall feedback to teams
