DIRECTV's Commercial business segment includes bars, restaurants, hotels and private offices. This position will develop and execute strategic and tactical projects to meet aggressive growth targets for the Commercial division.
Requirements
- Full accountability for success of projects
- Manage 2-4 small to large scale projects simultaneously
- Lead project teams by coordinating with Sales, Marketing, IT, Customer Service, Home Services, Supply Chain, Legal, etc. as well as third party partners
- Develop and maintain standard project documentation
- Perform and coordinate user acceptance testing
- Prepare launch go/no go checklists and create contingency plans
- Provide project updates to management
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ year's relevant experience required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in documenting business requirement documents
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and design appropriate solutions
- Leadership qualities, including meeting facilitation
- Ability to synthesize information and develop creative solutions
- Demonstrated success managing matrix teams
- Ability to manage heavy work load, accommodate change and adapt accordingly
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with public speaking and presentation skills
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
