Provide Tier One support for several applications, assess and resolve issues, and document problems and resolutions. Collaborate with users, vendors, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of frequent problems, errors, browser issues, RAM impact etc
- Good technical troubleshooting skills across MAC, PC, Tablets, Mobile Phones and commonly used browsers
