Technical Writer II

ProSync is seeking a Technical Writer II to develop and maintain technical documentation for integrated product support services. The role contributes to streamlined processes, improved efficiency, and reduced total cost of ownership by ensuring technical information is complete, current, and aligned with operational, maintenance, and training requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical writing, documentation development, or related technical communication roles
• Ability to write, revise, and organize technical material for manuals, procedures, reports, and instructional publications
• Familiarity with technical data sources such as blueprints, sketches, parts lists, and manufacturer catalogs
