Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead all recruiting efforts across the organization, managing the full cycle of talent acquisition from sourcing through offer acceptance. Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including passive recruiting efforts. Partner with marketing to support social media recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques.
- Experience recruiting with multi-state employer.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in hiring and recordkeeping.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
