Job Description
The People Business Partner will advise and support management and executives on strategic and operational HR issues. They will collaborate with business teams, provide HR expertise in areas like performance management and employee relations, and manage HR projects. The role requires coaching, mentoring, and advising managers and employees.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner
- Foundational understanding of HR analytics
- Experience with HR systems & tools
- Ability to coach, mentor and advise
- Ability to ensure depth of understanding of organizations supported
- Ability to listen and understand the needs of the employees
- Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications
- Excellent English skills
