Job Description
Research Scientist Biochemistry with Focus Enzyme Complexes job description: You will be a member of our interdisciplinary teams alongside colleagues from project management, protein production, structural biology, medicinal and computational chemistry. Your mission is to provide approaches to challenging basic research questions by developing biochemical binding and functional assays in microplate format as well as biophysical assay formats for multi-membered biological systems.
Requirements
- PhD degree in biochemistry, biology or comparable discipline
- Advanced experience in enzymology and biochemical technologies
- Long-term, in-depth engagement in research contributing to the understanding of complex biological systems
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge of the drug discovery process from screen to lead
- Fluent English and basic German language skills
