We are seeking a Solutions Specialist to represent 45Drives as a trusted expert for our customers. As a technical role with a human focus, this is perfect for someone who loves solving complex problems while building authentic relationships.

Requirements

• Completion of an IT-related post-secondary program OR relevant work experience in system administration, networking, or technical support
• Proficiency with Linux (especially command line usage)
• Experience or familiarity with ZFS or other filesystems
• Basic understanding of networking principles (e.g., bonding, subnetting, routing)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to think critically, troubleshoot, and problem-solve in real time
• A customer-first mindset with a knack for teaching and supporting others
