The Training Facilitator will coordinate and schedule training programs across departments, prepare and organize training materials and resources, and support the development and continuous improvement of training content.
Requirements
- Experience in training coordination, instructional delivery, administration, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to coordinate across teams and priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
- High attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks
- Experience with Microsoft Office and data tracking
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an asset
- Comfort level in learning to use a rapidly evolving set of tools for training including AI-based applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
