Licensed Practical Nurse, Access Services Float Pool

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Providence Health Care, you'll provide compassionate, person-centered care to patients or residents in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Working within your scope of practice, you'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, support patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and advocate for their needs. You'll contribute to care plans, participate in care conferences, mentor new staff, and ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with PHC's mission and values.

Requirements

• Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
• Current basic cardiac life support certification.
