Licensed Practical Nurse - Rehabilitation

Reporting to the Patient Care Manager or Resident Care Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to an assigned group of patients/residents according to established policies and procedures. The LPN functions as an independent practitioner while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to assist patients/residents in meeting physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs.

Requirements

• Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
• Current basic cardiac life support certification
