Job Description
Calling All Esteemed Leaders! We are seeking a Director of Nursing Education to spearhead the development and implementation of clinical education programs at St. Mary Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Nursing, 5 years of nursing experience, and 3 years of experience in a hospital setting. They will be responsible for developing educational programs, enhancing patient care, and collaborating with the leadership team.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- 5 years of nursing experience
- 3 years of experience in a hospital setting
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Advanced clinical nursing skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills
