Executive Director Strategy and Business Development - Olympia, WA

We are seeking an Executive Director, Strategy and Business Development to lead strategic planning, business development, and growth initiatives in the South Puget Sound service area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, business development, or complex business project management, preferably in the healthcare industry. The role requires a charismatic leader with a strategic and project management mindset, embodying servant leadership and driven by mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's Degree preferred (MBA or MHA/MPH)
• 7 years in strategy, business development, or complex business project management, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Washington State Expertise: 5 years of experience in the Washington State healthcare landscape and direct collaboration with healthcare executives (Preferred)
• Leadership Agility: Proven administrative or leadership experience, with strategic agility in managing complex organizational priorities
• Customer-Centric Approach: Anticipates customer needs, ensuring satisfaction with proactive support
• Quality-Oriented: Performs efficiently, anticipates problems, and strives for excellence
• Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrates management skills, builds strong relationships, and adapts to change
