Executive Director Strategy and Business Development - Everett, WA

We are seeking an Executive Director Strategy and Business Development to lead strategic planning, business development, and capital planning for the North Puget Sound and Pacific Medical Centers service areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategy, business development, or complex business project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's Degree preferred (MBA or MHA/MPH)
• 7 years in strategy, business development, or complex business project management, preferably in the healthcare industry
• 5 years of experience in the Washington State healthcare landscape and direct collaboration with healthcare executives (Preferred)
• Proven administrative or leadership experience, with strategic agility in managing complex organizational priorities
• Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrates management skills, builds strong relationships, and adapts to change
• Communication Mastery: Communicates effectively with emotional intelligence, building trust with all stakeholders
• Personal Characteristics: A charismatic, detail-oriented leader with a strategic and project management mindset, embodying servant leadership and driven by mission
