The Director of Global Design Language is a strategic leadership role responsible for creating, curating, and expanding a global digital design language to ensure design consistency and foster a cohesive brand identity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in design leadership roles, with a focus on design systems, standards, or brand integration
- Proven success in defining and scaling design guidelines across large, matrixed organizations
- Deep understanding of accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Technology, and Product
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership
