The PGIM People Team is looking for a Compensation Analyst to work in the Total Rewards department, supporting the carried interest and co-investment program. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent data analysis skills, and experience in asset management, private markets, or fund operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in asset management, private markets, compensation, or fund operations
- Excellent analytical and data analysis skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills
- Ability to prioritize and simultaneously execute on multiple projects with varied deadlines
- Strong relationship-building, partnering, influencing, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Excellent work ethic and self-motivated
